TORONTO, Nov. 10 /CNW/ - Those interested in a career in policing and

members of the media are invited to learn about Canada's national police

service and the path to becoming a Mountie. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police is holding an information session for potential RCMP recruits. The information session will take place in Toronto on Tuesday, November 15, 2005 at 4900 Yonge Street, (at Sheppard and Yonge), 3rd Floor auditorium at 1 p.m. An additional

session will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2005 at the same location and time.   

The RCMP GTA Recruiter will discuss the benefits of policing as a career, outline the recruiting process step-by-step, provide advice and answer questions during the approximately 90-minute session.
